Samadhan is a brain child of Dr.Sheela Devi, a renowned social worker and activist in Haryana. She initiated the process of building up this organization in the year 2005 in pursuit of developmental activities for Indian youth. She has been a source of inspiration to all at the Samadhan and outside and has always encouraged the high intellectuals in the society to come and join the noble cause pursued by the Samadhan. Samadhan is a non governmental organization working for empowering Indian youth. In keeping with the mission and target, the organization is vigorously pursuing and encouraging diagnosis, understanding, and an informed search for solutions to local, regional, and global problems from an Indian youth perspective. Samadhan have always worked to increase the effectiveness of youth activities through created conditions where they analyze and realize their potential.
